Training partners

Colleges deliver the instruction. Employers deliver the hours.

SMaRTech is built to be hosted. Each partner college delivers the related supplemental instruction for a pathway, while employer partners provide the paid on-the-job training that turns coursework into a career.

Our partner network

The network powering the SMaRTech workforce.

SMaRTech is built with leading community colleges, adult schools, employers, workforce boards, apprenticeship intermediaries, and government partners — delivering an employer-driven curriculum and a recognized SMaRTech credential.

Community Colleges

Community colleges deliver the Related Supplemental Instruction (RSI) — the classroom instruction, CTE pathways, and apprenticeship-related courses that anchor SMaRTech programs.
